Our trinitarian God is a communion of love, (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)

The only way to 'become one' is by the total donation of self, this is, to offer oneself as a gift of love.

We are meant to love with the language of our bodies. Our bodies have the capacity to express love in a Free, Faithful, Total, and Fruitful way.
